| AN00054674. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between serum complement hemolytic activity(CH50) and C3, C4 values. As the results, the following findings were obtained. 1. The CH50 low level was genellaly found in the material from women patients. 2. The values of CH50 and C3,C4 were very well correlated.. 5,330検体のCH50、C3、C4の測定値を用いて、CH50とC3、C4値との相関性について比較検討を行い、つぎのような成績を得た。 1) CH50が正常範囲内のものは66.7%で、全検体の男女間の比率は3:7で、圧倒的に女性由来の検体が多かった。 2) CH50とC3との間には、相関係数O.841、Y=1.30X+16.99と、CH50とC4との問には、相関係数O.750、Y=O.66X-1.44と良好な相関が認められた。 | |||||||||||||
