| A new precision measurement facility for solar cell efficiency has been installed with an actual overall measurement uncertainty of plus minus 2,3%. The measurement method and the experimental set-up are described in detail. Errors are discussed briefly and an outlook for further improvements is given in the end. (ISE) | |||||||||
