| WO2003100743 A UPAB: 20040115 NOVELTY - The measurement arrangement has at least one sensor that rotates with and is fixed to a shaft part (1,1a) supported on a stationary bearing section (10). Antenna rings mounted on the stationary bearing section and on the shaft part have a mutual capacitive signal coupling. One antenna ring can rotate relative to the other antenna ring during operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the following: (a) a method of measuring the position of a shaft part relative to a stationary bearing part (b) a method of determining a rotational state of a shaft part relative to a bearing part (c) and a method of determining a rotational state of a shaft part relative to a stationary part. USE - For measuring position, revolution rate or direction in bearing for shaft part. ADVANTAGE - Enables reliable contactless measurement over the entire 360 degree angle with an inexpensive arrangement and less expensive evaluation electronics. | |||||||||
