Abstract
DE 19927981 A UPAB: 20010425 NOVELTY - Process for spatial permeation or wetting of a porous, insulating or semiconductor structure with an electron- or hole-conducting synthetic resin material comprises using a solution of the corresponding monomer in a solvent containing an added oxidant, applying this to the porous structure, evaporating the solvent after the solution has penetrated the structure and polymerizing the monomer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for photovoltaic solid state cells with a structure produced in this way between 2 electrode films. USE - The process is used in the production of photovoltaic solid state cells ADVANTAGE - The method present makes it possible to adjust the electrical conductivity of porous, electrically insulating or semiconducting materials throughout their entire volume, without significantly changing their porosity.
