| DE 102006048408 A1 UPAB: 20080604 NOVELTY - The solar cell has an irradiation side (40) for irradiating light, which is converted into electrical energy, and a back side opposite to the irradiation side. An electrolyte and/or organic semiconductor (5) are arranged between plane electrodes (2b, 6). The electrode (6) is connected with a semiconductor layer (7), is arranged on a side of the semiconductor layer averting from the irradiation side, and is comprised of a titanium or nickel layer. The electrode (2b) has a catalyzer made of platinum, carbon black, graphite or polyethylene dioxithiophene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a solar cell. USE - Photovoltaic solar cell i.e. energy conversion cell, for converting optical radiation into electric current. ADVANTAGE - An electrode is connected with the semiconductor layer, and is arranged on the side of the semiconductor layer averting from the irradiation side, thus improving construction of the solar cells with high efficiency and less complexity in a cost-effective, simple and robust manner. | |||||||
